The Engagement Team is a trained group of people from the church who meet industry women in person, without judgment or strings attached. These meetings happen in safe public spaces.
Volunteers offer gift bags, practical resources, and a Bible. When given permission, they share the hope of the Gospel. Every conversation is grounded in gentleness and grace. Some encounters blossom into friendships; others open the door to vital next steps—legal help, housing, life skills, and more.

When she’s ready, we share the story of Jesus. When she’s not, we remain a faithful presence. Over time, some relationships grow into mentorship and connection to church families. Others simply need kindness. Either way, the impact is real and eternal.
