The Engagement Team is a trained group of people from the church who meet vulnerable women in person, without judgment or strings attached. These meetings happen in safe public spaces.
Volunteers offer gift bags, practical resources, and a Bible. With gentle inquiry, they share the hope of the Gospel. Conversations are grounded in gentleness and grace. Some encounters blossom into friendships; others open the door to vital next steps—legal help, housing, life skills, and more.

The Engagement Team reflects the heart of Christ by entering tender spaces with humility and grace. We don’t pressure or rush. Instead, we listen, care, and follow the pace of the woman we meet.
When she’s ready, we share the story of Jesus. When she’s not, we remain a faithful presence. Over time, some relationships grow into mentorship and connection to church families. Others simply need kindness. Either way, the impact is real and eternal.
